Riveras MRO Supply was founded by Ronaldo Rivera, a mining engineering student at Laurentian University, with strategic advisory from his father, Adan Rivera Sanchez, a 20-year mine operations leader who served as Unit Manager at Compania de Minas Buenaventura in Peru — including Recuperada and Uchucchacua. We built this around a simple idea: the consumables that actually cause downtime should come from people who understand what causes downtime.
